As of 9/15/2024, we have searched the internet a bit and had brief communication with candidate Arroyo. She seems to have a strong, well rounded background in politics including being a former councilwoman and vineland school board member, the Puerto Rican Action Committee, and social work. She also has relevant degrees in applied sicence, social work, and human services. However, we have received no direct information about her campaign and how it relates to this specific election, which would be particularly important as she is the only person on the ballot who is not part of Mayor Fanucci's "Proven-Leadership Proven Results" ticket. Hopefully more information will come in during election season.
